The respect and value of professional services  rendered by Education Support Professionals should not be diminished as dedication, skilled trades and the tenure of successful long-term on-the-job performance reveals commitment to excellence in our career paths and encourages students achievements.  With these personal character investments in the workplace, Education Support Professionals deserve to be compensated to thrive; not just survive. One job should be enough for the loyal professionals in these careers.  It is our goal, through advocacy, for Education Support Professionals to be protected,  recognized, promoted and compensated equitably and fairly for the essential work performed every single day.  Schools do not operate successfully without these professional services of these valued members.
